Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-72 hours from the time that they are received, if received during our normal business hours. 

Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses cannot be accepted through our web store. If it is required that your order be delivered to a PO Box or APO/FPO Military address, please email us at support@allraices.com to place your order with a customer service representative to arrange for your order to be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.

Orders shipped to Canada via UPS Standard will incur Duties & Taxes and other applicable Government fees, that are payable at the point of pick-up. Please contact your local Customs office to determine what additional costs may be associated with your purchase. 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $50.00

We are happy to provide shipping at no cost to you for orders that are equal to or greater than $50.00, provided that the order total meets the minimum requirement after any discounts have been applied. The minimum purchase amount must be met with product purchases alone. Taxes and other fees do not apply toward the minimum requirement. Free shipping only applies to orders shipping via ground to the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to air or expedited shipping, or ground shipping to Canada or Mexico.

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address linked to your account. The majority of orders are shipped within two business days from the time that the order was placed. You may expect to receive this email within the one to two business day timeframe. The email will contain the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number. Please check your spam folder for tracking emails if not received in your regular inbox.


Return & Exchange Policy

​No Returns & Exchanges are accepted at this time due to the nature of Covid 19.
